  • Made-to-Order Products

    Many of our products are made especially for you after your order is placed through our print-on-demand production partner. Because each item is custom made, production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

    Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email whenever available.

    Please note that if your order contains both made-to-order products and original artwork, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

    Original Artwork & Handmade Items

    Original artwork and hand-painted items are carefully packaged and shipped directly by Sunshine Spirit Creations.

    Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.

    You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

    Shipping Addresses

    Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Made-to-Order Products

    Because made-to-order items are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

    • Change of mind

    • Ordering the wrong size, color, or style

    • Personal preference

    • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

    Please include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

    Once your request has been reviewed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

    Original Artwork & Handmade Items

    Original paintings, hand-painted items, and other artwork shipped directly by Sunshine Spirit Creations may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and returned in packaging that adequately protects the artwork.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

    Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

    Damaged Shipments

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The shipping box

    • The packaging materials

    • The shipping label (if possible)

    This information helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

  • By placing an order through Sunshine Spirit Creations, you agree to the following:

    • Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and device settings.

    • Each original artwork is handmade and may contain small variations that make it unique.

    • Made-to-order products begin production shortly after purchase and cannot always be modified or canceled.

    • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or inventory inaccuracies at any time.

    • We may update these policies periodically without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future orders.

  • Your privacy is important to us.

    When you place an order or contact Sunshine Spirit Creations, we may collect information such as:

    • Your name

    • Shipping and billing address

    • Email address

    • Phone number (if provided)

    • Payment information (processed securely through our payment provider)
